3 Meals included daily with your room. The Restaurant and Bar are open to the public. Visitors should call for reservations: 624-141-0216. Our meals are mostly American style cuisine, with a delightful array of Mexican choices available.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:00 am in our dining room and on the patio. The fare is typically American, featuring eggs, bacon, fresh tropical fruits & juices, cereals, toast, pancakes, etc. Traditional Mexican items are also available, including homemade tortillas, frijoles, Mexican-style eggs, machaca and chorizo

Boat Lunches

Going fishing? Your lunch is also included. Choose either American or Mexican. American includes a deli meat sandwhich, chips, fruit, and a hard boiled egg. Mexican includes Arichaca and bean and cheese burritos, as well as chips, fruit and a hard boiled egg. Add sodas, water and beer.

Lunch

For those guests not fishing/diving or on excursions, lunch is served in our dining room from 12:30 to 1:30 pm. Lunch includes the choice of a traditional American or Mexican dish, including homemade soups, salads, and beef, chicken or fish entrees prepared according to regional recipes.

MONDAY

Tostadas made with fresh corn tortillas, shedded beef, beans, avacado, lettuce, creamy dressing and salsa. Served with Bean soup.

TUESDAY

Club Sandwhich with bacon, ham, chicken, cheddar, lettuce and tomato served on a toasted wheat bread. Served with fresh potato salad and Cream of Carrot soup.

WEDNESDAY

Caesar Salad with breaded chicken breast. Served with Cream of Corn soup.

THURSDAY

Chicken Breast Sandwhich, with lettuce, tomato, cheddar and served on toasted wheat. Comes with tropical salsa and fruit salad. Served with our famous Tortilla Soup, tomato based and made with tortilla strips, avacado and cheese. Delicious!!

FRIDAY

Fish Tacos with flour or corn tortillas. Seasoned and breaded catch of the day served with salsa, guacamole dressing, onions, lettuce and chipolte sauce. Served with Potato Soup.

SATURDAY

Cheeseburger in paradise! Served with all the extras. Comes with French fries.

SUNDAY

Cobb Salad made with Chicken breast, diced ham, bacon, egg, bell peppers, lettuce, and cheese. Served with a slice of garlic bread. Comes with Bean Soup

Dinner

Dinner is served from 7 to 8:30pm at our outside dining patio. Dinners are mostly American style, including entrees such as grilled breast of chicken, steaks, and our famous Saturday night barbequed rib buffet. Fresh fish is also offered daily [subject to availability]. Fresh salads and homemade desserts top the fare every night.

TUESDAY

Italian Buffet with Lasagna and Linguine. Add shrimp or sausage and choose marina or alfredo dressing. Served with bread, Salad Bar and desert.

WEDNESDAY

Seasoned Beef and Chicken Fajitas served with onions, bell peppers, and corn or flour tortillas. Served with rice, beans, guacamole and Salad Bar and desert.

THURSDAY

Taco Buffet! Tasty seasoned steak, deep fried battered fish and toquitos. Full condiment station including guacamole, salsa, onions, cucumber and dressing Served with rice and beans, Salad bar and desert.

FRIDAY

Grilled Arrachera Steak and green cheese enchiladas. Served with rice, beans guacamole, Salad Bar and desert.

SATURDAY

Our legendary Rib Night!!. Slow cooked and grilled seasoned pork ribs. Served with Au Gratin potatoes and fresh steamed veggies. Salad Bar and desert included.

SUNDAY

Mexican Buffet. Make your own tacos, burrittos or combination plate. Homemade Chicken Mole served with rice, beans, guacamole and salsa. Flour or corn tortillas. Salad bar and desert included.
