Water- 80* Flat and clear most of week.

Air- Pleasant fall weather. Cool mornings warming to the low 80’s midday. Clear skies.

Very very good fishing, especially for November! A wide open Striped Marlin and Sailfish bite for the past two weeks. All boats are enjoying multiple releases, mostly Stripers with quite a few Sails mixed in. The Dorado have been biting consistently with limits of nice sized fish to 30#’s being taken daily. Anglers are taking advantage of a late Roosterfish bite along most beach’s. Plenty of nice big Sardine available. Overall good fishing!

Billfish- All boats targeting billfish are enjoying daily multiple releases, two or three a day are common. Mostly Stripers mixed with a few Sails. Most of the fish are being released between the Light House and Punta Colorado, 2-5 miles off the beach. Slow trolled BallyHoo have been the ticket with a few taken on lures.

Dorado- Good consistent Dorado fishing for the past couple of weeks. Limits of fish from 5 to 30#’s for most boats daily. From the Lighthouse South to Rincon, 1-5 miles off the beach. The larger fish are taking the Ballyhoo mixed with the billfish. Big Sardine drift fishing, are the bait of choice. most bay beach’s.

Roosterfish- Mostly smaller fish from 3-15#’s with a few Gorilla’s in the 40-50# class mixed in. Moving up and down all Palmas Bay beach’s. Big Sardine for most of the fish, a few on the fly.

The best fishing I can recall in November !
